Today’s Word: Freedom from the Past (Part 7)
Today’s Bible Reference: Romans 15:13 – “I pray that the God who gives hope will fill you with much joy and peace while you trust in him. Then your hope will overflow by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Depression mainly results from misplaced priorities, unhealthy comparisons and negativity consciousness.
As a person guided by God’s wisdom, you must recognise that your journey is unique and that God has equipped you with everything you need in Christ. The most important things you need are already within you. You only have to continuously ask God’s wisdom daily to guide you for the amazing gifts he placed inside you to find expression.
No matter what happened in the past or whatever you got wrong, repent, receive God’s forgiveness, and move forward in faith.
Every day, embrace God’s plan for your life – focus on His promises and not on things that seek to distract you.
