Today’s Word: GOD CREATES THE STANDARD (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Romans 12:2, NLT — “Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world…”
It is sad when believers in Christ adopt and accept the ways and the standards of the world without any understanding, appreciation and submission to what honours God. When we ignore the will of God, we will live less than God desires for us.
As believers, some things should never be subject to negotiations when you delight in God’s will. There are arguments you should never be a part of when you know the mind of God revealed through His word.
The will of God is the mind of God. The will of God is the standard of God. The will of God is the expectation of God, and the will of God is the joy of God.
When we choose to know and follow the will of God, we will live the kind of quality life that God desires. The purpose of the will of God is to help us function in God’s plan and to help us live the quality of life that God expects.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration:
In the name of Jesus, I declare that I delight in God’s will, and everything I do aligns with God’s will for my life.
