Today’s Word: The Willing and Obedient

Today’s Bible Reference: Isaiah 1:19, ERV – “If you listen to what I say, you will get the good things from this land. But if you refuse to listen and rebel against me, your enemies will destroy you.”

God’s word tells us from Isaiah 1:19 that there is a guaranteed promise if we choose to obey God. While obedience is a command, it is a choice that is up to you. Too many believers are rejecting God’s call to walk in obedience, and they are unknowingly empowering the enemy through their disobedience.

Yielding to God’s instructions and counsel is non-negotiable for the believer who wants to experience the mighty move of God – we must be willing and obedient.

Willingness is the posture of our hearts, obedience is the action, and the overflow is God’s awesome manifestation in our lives – all these must come together; willingness, obedience and the overflow.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, I declare that the Lord gives me a willing heart and an obedient spirit to experience His overflow in all areas of my life.
