TOPIC: FAITH AND THE SUPERNATURAL

Text: “Jesus looked at them and said, ’For men this is impossible. But for God, all things are possible.” – Matthew 19:26, ICB.

Nothing is impossible with God and for the children of God (Matthew 19:26, Mark 9:23). Our faith in God or the lack of it determines what we do, how high we rise and what our outcomes will be. We will command strange possibilities if we dare to take God at his word. If only we would believe in God and act on his counsel and direction, there is nothing God cannot do through us.

This is why you must keep feeding your faith and gaze on the Lord Jesus. The word of God is the food for faith. As we maintain a commitment to the study and the hearing of the word, it increases our confidence in God.

The word of God is also referred to as the teaching of faith (Romans 10:8). So, as the word of God truly sits in your heart, it produces faith in your heart. As you grow in faith, you will also grow in your experiences of the supernatural. The doors of the supernatural are always opened to the person who has absolute faith in God.
