Topic: LOOK AND LIVE (Part 3)

Text: “My help comes from God who made heaven and earth.” – Psalms 121:2, ICB

It is impossible to predict what will happen throughout the year, but as long as we maintain the discipline of looking up, no matter what happens or what comes, the Lord will always make a way for us.

It is natural to feel fear occasionally, but strength will come as you keep your gaze upward. We are often tempted to focus on our strengths, weaknesses, and failings, but the Lord calls us to look up.

Dear friends, the one who watches over you will not slumber. This means that he doesn’t need you to call him every time. He recognizes your needs before you do. He sees your problems before they appear in your line of sight; he is the help that is present before any challenge arises. 

Here is God’s counsel today: discipline yourself to look up.

TODAY’S DECLARATION

Lord Jesus, I thank you for your ever-present help. Even before I notice the need, your help is stretched out to me. Thank you, Lord Jesus.
