Topic: LOOK AND LIVE (Part 9)

Text: “Brothers, I know that I have not yet reached that goal. But there is one thing I always do: I forget the things that are past. I try as hard as I can to reach the goal that is before me.” – Philippians 3:13, ICB.

Not everything in our lives will go smoothly all of the time. Our ability to rise above unpleasant experiences and look forward with optimism is important.

The truth is that anyone who truly wants to live well must learn how to let go of the painful, unpleasant, and sad memories of the past. Every adversity can be overcome by courageously moving forward with faith.

Losing is not the end of the world; failing at something does not define all that you are capable of, and certain people leaving your life is the start of a new life.

Dear friend, this is God’s counsel today: stop dwelling on the past and what you’ve lost. Look to the future with hope, faith, and the understanding that God is with you. Indeed, the best is still to come.
