Topic: THE MIND OF LEADERSHIP (Part 8)

Text: “I can do all things through Christ because he gives me strength.” – Philippians 4:13, ICB.

As Christians, we must never forget who we are and who we belong to, no matter where we are or what we are doing. We are the children of the Most High. Another unique thing about us is that we have the Holy Spirit as our teacher, comforter, and source of strength.

As a leader, you don’t have to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or frustrated by work pressures or other factors. Discipline yourself to draw strength from the holy ghost.

You don’t have to make decisions under pressure; talk with the holy ghost. He is always with you. He wants to help, but you must acknowledge that you need his help by talking to him about your concerns. We have an advantage; we have a helper who can help in every way. 

You can be an amazing leader who stands out if you continue to build and nurture your relationship with the Holy Spirit. You have a powerhouse; keep enjoying and maximising his presence every day and in every way. You are never alone.

Ask the Holy Spirit to give you a passion for his mission and agenda in the end-time church.
