Topic: HIGHER THOUGHTS (Part 3)

Text: “Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honourable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.” – Philippians 4:8, TPT.

A major assignment of receiving God’s Word is for the transformation of our mind and to direct the kind of thoughts we become open to. There is a way a person who receives God’s Word thinks. 

We see an inspiring testimony in Abraham’s life. According to the scriptures, even though Abraham and Sarah were past the age of having children, Abraham believed God’s promise beyond how his body looked and felt. He never doubted that God would keep his promise of giving him a child.

Abraham’s faith in God kept growing stronger, and he constantly praised God. (Romans 4:17-21). Abraham saw the manifestation of God’s promise by having faith. This same testimony can be ours. Whatever God has promised you, through his Word or personal encounters, believe it and let God’s promise positively transform how you see yourself.

Your real miracle begins when your mind starts getting transformed by God’s Word.

Take some time to meditate on God’s Word in Matthew 7:21.
