Topic: WHO ARE YOU? (Part 3)

Text: “One day the evil spirit answered them, Jesus I know and Paul I know about, but who are you?” – Acts 19:15, NIV.

 What we hear about God from others may be incredible, but not enough, no matter how often we listen. 

Our walk with God is critical to growing in God. The time we spend in God’s word and personal prayer time serve as a foundation and a heart fertiliser for the sermons or messages we get from others about God.

Life questions and events that test our knowledge of God will come; it is not just what we hear but what we know in our hearts and what we believe that will guarantee victory.

The sons of Sceva did not know what to say when the enemy asked them, ‘Who are you?’ and the evil spirit took advantage of their ignorance and lack of faith.

Spend time building your faith and confessing God’s word so that when the enemy comes like a flood, the spirit of God will raise a standard, and you will have a ready reply. 

Don’t be discouraged from pursuing and learning about God for yourself. You will testify that the word of God works!

Today’s task:

Can you recall a time when you declared the word of God over a situation, and it worked? Declare what God’s word says over any challenge or issue you face today, and enjoy testimonies.

Wisdom push:

The answer to questions from the enemy and victory over life’s challenges lies in our personal and tested knowledge of God.

In the name of Jesus, I declare that no matter what I face, I win every day. My life is a testimony.
