Topic: ENCOURAGING YOURSELF (Part 1)

Bible Text: “Now David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.” – 1 Samuel 30:6

On our journey through life, there will be many ups and downs. Sometimes you feel like a failure, like you are not good enough, like you are not loved, and you are not getting the desired results. You may also examine your life and discover that you have failed to meet certain significant goals or expectations. All these scenarios are common in life, but as God’s children, we have this assurance: His mighty power will always make way for us. Therefore, you must encourage yourself daily, speak the Word of God to your situation and never stop believing God for a miracle.

1. Nothing should cause you to give up on God or lose hope.
2. Never accept a negative outcome in any aspect of your life.
