Today’s Word: A Call to Spiritual Depths (Part 10)

Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 103:7 (ICB)—“He showed his ways to Moses and his miracles to the people of Israel.”

 

In today’s churches, it is not uncommon to find people desperately seeking breakthroughs and miracles. While these are wonderful, if our focus is only on miracles and breakthroughs, we will never develop a stable and grounded faith, even with signs and wonders.

This truth is vividly illustrated in the story of the children of Israel in the wilderness. They witnessed extraordinary miracles and mighty signs, yet because they didn’t understand the ways of the Lord, they lacked stability. One day, they spoke of God’s greatness; the next, they doubted His love and power. Their faith was not deeply rooted.

True stability comes from knowing God’s ways. It is through understanding how He works that we become anchored in our walk with Him.

Friends, in every area where you desire to shine, seek to understand God’s will for that area. Walk in alignment with His word, and you will experience His mighty power, in Jesus’ name.

I pray that the Lord continues to stir in your heart the desire to seek and to know Him more.
