Today’s Word: A Call to Spiritual Depths (Part 5)
Today’s Bible Reference: John 10:4 (ICB)—“He brings all of his sheep out. Then he goes ahead of them and leads them. They follow him because they know his voice.”
Our spiritual authority grows stronger as we listen to God and deepen our relationship with Him. In Psalms 81:13, God expresses His desire for us to know Him: “Oh, that my people would listen to me.”
As you continue reading Psalm 81, you’ll discover the blessings that come from listening to God. He promises to humble our enemies and turn His hand against our adversaries. Additionally, in Psalms 81:16, He declares, “I will feed my people with the finest of wheat, and with honey from the rock I will satisfy you.” These are the rewards of knowing God and hearing His voice.
Friend, when you prioritize the voice of God, you will lack nothing. His voice guarantees victory and an honorable life.
I pray that the Lord continues to stir in your heart the desire to seek and to know Him more.
