Today’s Word: A Call to Spiritual Depths (Part 8)

Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 103:7 (ICB)—“He showed his ways to Moses and his miracles to the people of Israel.”

Trusting God, declaring confidence in Him, operating with boldness in the Lord, and aligning with God on any matter are all the result of truly knowing Him.

However, we must understand that following God requires submission. Many times, what God directs us to do and where He leads may not align with our logic or comfort.

A key reason why many struggle with submission to God’s ways is that they conflict with our own will and desires. Often, our flesh may even view God’s ways as foolish. Yet, it’s important to realize that submitting to God’s ways, though challenging, is the key to experiencing His blessings and promotion.

It is not difficult for God to bless and promote you. However, this path requires submission to His will and resisting the flesh’s rejection of His guidance.

I pray that the Lord continues to stir in your heart the desire to seek and to know Him more.
