Topic: A HOLY ASSIGNMENT (Part 3)

Text: “The Lord is my shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.” – Psalms 23:1, AMPC.

As we talk to others about Jesus, they may want to know what we enjoy in Christ. We cannot just stop at telling others the spiritual advantages of being in the Lord; there should be personal testimonies that we share with them so they can hear our experiences in Christ. 

One testimony every believer in the Lord Jesus who submits to the leadership of the Holy Spirit should be able to share with others is the reality of God’s direction. We should be able to share with others our testimonies and experiences of God’s direction. God’s direction is the right of all God’s children.

God gives direction through His Word. We should be able to explain to others that our distinction, provision and preservation are products of God’s direction.

Those around us need to hear of our everyday experiences that are being impacted and influenced positively because we yield to the Lord. Until others can hear of the blessings of the Lord in your life, they will have great difficulty believing whatever you say about the Lord Jesus.

Today’s Task:

Take some time to meditate on God’s Word in Isaiah 54:10.

Genuine Christianity is revealed in how we treat others we believe do not deserve our love.
