Topic:  A NEW THINKING (Part 5)

Text: “We must not become tired of doing good. We will receive our harvest of eternal life at the right time. We must not give up!” -Galatians 6:9, ICB.

 

While consistency is an important value for greatness, I believe many people misunderstand the virtue of consistency.

For every progressive-minded person, evolving must be something you push for. Being open to new challenges, opportunities, and perspectives is essential to forward living.

However, consistency does not imply that you must stick to the wrong way of doing things. Every season, you must dare to do something bigger and to see and approach things in a completely different way. It does not imply that you are inconsistent; instead, it demonstrates that you are consistent in your growth.

There are people who have maintained the same old approach for many years, and their lives are not considerably improving.

Still, they fail to see things differently because they have embraced a wrong perspective of “consistency”.

One area you must be consistent with is consistency with growth, but if growth is to occur, you must be willing to abandon certain approaches as you review your life and goals.

This is the only way to make unstoppable and consistent progress.

It was Albert Einstein who stated that insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.

As a result, we must continue to seek ways to improve what we do and make innovation a core value.
