Text: You will search for me. And when you search for me with all your heart, you will find me.” – Jeremiah 29:13, ICB.

The Lord does not want his ways to be mysterious to us; he wants to make his ways known to us so we can walk with him confidently. This is one of the advantages of having the Holy Spirit, who makes plain to us the ways of the Father. As we nurture our relationship with the Holy Spirit and follow his leading in all things, the way of the Father becomes plain to us. Indeed, the Lord wants to lead us on the right path and make his way plain (Psalms 5:8).

Yes, there are mysteries of God, but they are not to be hidden from God’s children. We must understand his ways because we are his children. As we know the ways of God, we can confidently tell a stranger about the operations of our Father. 

Dear friend, God wants to make his ways plain to you, where you will know his will on everything, and you won’t have to walk in the dark on anything. The key is to set our hearts right and seek after the things that truly matter to the Father, and we will begin to experience the blessings of having the right pursuits.
