TOPIC: CHANGE YOUR FOCUS (Part 2)
Text: “The Lord says, forget what happened before. Do not think about the past.” -Isaiah 43:18, ICB.
God’s word says, behold, I will do a new thing. The term “behold” in this sentence means expect what I am about to do. God is saying, see it before it happens. Receive it in your spirit before it manifests physically.
When it comes to receiving from God, expectation is important. This is the demonstration of our faith in God. There is great joy when a believer maintains an expectation from the Lord, regardless of how things may appear physically.
Dear friend, I want you to take God’s word today personally. God is saying to you that he is doing a new thing. Begin to rejoice in it. Start thanking God for it, and soon, you will share the testimonies of God’s intervention.
WISDOM PUSH
Ask the Lord to open your eyes to what you are doing that is working against His glory in your life.
