Today’s Word: CHOOSING GOD OVER EVERYTHING (Part 5)
Today’s Bible Reference: Exodus 20:3, ICB – “You must not have any other gods except me.”
In today’s challenging world, even Christians are not immune to economic challenges and the pursuit of stability. While it may seem natural to seek all kinds of ways to survive and thrive, you must remember that your real source of survival, strength, and victory is God and His grace.
As believers in the Lord, we must be alert to the enemy’s manipulations, which aim to distract us from God’s purpose for our lives.
One strategy to win over the tricks and deceptions of the enemy is to always put God first in every aspect — in our decisions, relationships, and plans.
Be careful not to give the devil a chance so he doesn’t take advantage of your desire for anything and lure you into things to make you go against God.
The honour and glory you desire is guaranteed in God alone.
