Today’s Word: CHOOSING OBEDIENCE (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Luke 5:5—“Master, we have been fishing hard all night and haven’t caught even a minnow. But if you say so, I will let out the nets.”
Obedience means following directions from a higher authority, especially God. When we obey God, His blessings follow. The story of Peter shows how obedience can turn frustration into abundance.
Obedience reflects a heart that trusts God. Obedience honours Him and brings His favour. In Luke 5, Peter’s obedience resulted in an abundant catch, demonstrating the power of following God’s instructions.
I am praying for you today that you will walk in the wisdom of obedience to God. I pray that remarkable testimonies are breaking forth in your life through your obedience to God in Jesus’ name.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration
I declare that God is always at work in me, making me willing and able to obey His purpose. In Jesus’ name, I experience His peace, which keeps my heart and mind quiet and at rest.
