Today’s Word: CHOOSING OBEDIENCE (Part 4)
Today’s Bible Reference: John 14:15 (“TPT)—“Loving me empowers you to obey my commands.”
Wise people obey God. Obeying God is proof of wisdom. Obedience to God strengthens our lives and brings security. Sadly, many miss out on blessings due to delayed or incomplete obedience. Immediate obedience is key.
Sometimes, our comfort zones hinder us from obeying God. We might fear stepping out because we don’t know what lies ahead. However, we must learn to trust the One who gave the instruction. God knows the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10), and He knows what is in the darkness (Daniel 2:22).
Even if God’s instructions seem not to align with your common sense, trust His character and integrity. He loves you too much to lead you into harm. Obey God in all things, and you will be better for it.
I am praying for you, for grace for bold and consistent obedience to whatever the Lord is asking of you in Jesus’ name.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration
Holy Spirit, I ask that You help me to be flexible to Your guidance and to follow wherever You lead.
