Today’s Word: Defeating Deceptions (Part 2)
Today’s Bible Reference: 2 Corinthians 4:4 (ICB)—“The devil who rules this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe. They cannot see the light of the Good News—the Good News about the glory of Christ, who is exactly like God.”
The world is full of lies and falsehoods, promoted by the god of this world, who blinds the minds of those who do not believe. One of the greatest lies is the belief that there is no God. This view is often based on the perceived lack of evidence and the presence of evil, injustice, and suffering.
However, creation itself is undeniable proof of a Creator. The world is the work of God’s hands; the universe did not come from nothing. Hebrews 11:3 affirms that the worlds were framed by God’s Word so that what is seen was made from what is unseen.
We must reject the lie that God does not exist. The very life we live comes from Him. Life is a gift from the Creator—God is real.
I pray for you that you will not be a victim of the lies and deception the enemy throws around in this generation in Jesus’ name.
