Topic: DO NOT ADMIRE THEM (Part 4)

Text: “Do not do things that people in darkness do…” – Ephesians 5:11, ICB.

One of the fundamental areas of knowledge and understanding that every Christian must have is that we have godly boundaries that we must not cross in our pursuit of things. These boundaries are borne out of the knowledge of our identity in God and God’s limitless provisions for us. When we lack a sense of righteous restrictions, we are open to anything and would not mind obtaining things at any cost.

Many times, when we are having a hard time, the devil tries to plant all kinds of bad seeds in our hearts. He does this in different ways. The goal is to get us to give up on the godly principles that God is using to build our lives in the right direction. As a child of God, you must never doubt God’s process; it is the sure path and the real deal. We must reach a point in our relationship with God where we trust God’s plan and are committed to honouring him in everything.
