Today’s Word: Don’t stand still (Part 6)

Today’s Bible Reference: Matthew 7:7 (NLT) – “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened unto you.”

It is refreshing to know that God wants us to see and know him as Father. He doesn’t want us to be afraid of him, where we cannot talk to him about specific things. God doesn’t want you to withhold anything from him. Your father wants you to know and feel his care. 

One way God shows us He cares is through his word in Jeremiah 33:3. He tells us that we should call on Him, and He will answer us and show us things we could never know through any other means.

Friends, here is my counsel to you today: ask God questions. Don’t just ask for blessings and breakthroughs; ask Him to show you things.

From the scriptures, we understand that this was a significant advantage David had. He knew how to always inquire of the Lord. God is waiting for you to ask Him anything. Always remember you are not alone.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration

In the name of Jesus, from today, I declare that I enjoy fellowship with the Lord daily, and He reveals things to me.
