Topic: EARS THAT HEAR (Part 1)

Text: “And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.” – Mark 4:9, KJV.

There are physical ears, and there are spiritual ears. Everything around us has a voice and speaks to us, including situations, doubts, fears, hopes, and dreams.

It is up to us to listen, and most importantly, it is up to us to choose what we hear. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God.

What you constantly hear will mould your thoughts, and what you think about will mould your character, decisions, and words.

Decide today to consciously shut out negative speeches, gossip and things that do not edify or build you up. Choose to listen to God’s voice, read more of God’s word, and listen to godly sermons and anointed worship songs that exalt Jesus.

Take time to meditate on Psalms 32:8 and write down three lessons from the verse.

Our Father does not want us to live at the mercy of how we feel, what we see, and what others say; He always wants to lead us by His spirit.

My Father, touch my heart to be sensitive to your voice and direction.
