Topic: ENCOURAGE YOURSELF (PART 9)

Bible Text: “But the people who trust the Lord will become strong again. They will be able to rise as an eagle in the sky. They will run without needing rest. They will walk without becoming tired.” – Isaiah 40:31, ICB.

The strength that comes from within is powerful. Therefore, internal motivations are very significant in the making of greatness. Yes, you will need to meet with your spiritual parents, mentors, instructors, and friends at various points for encouragement, inspiration, and direction, but you must not live your life in such a way that you cannot push yourself forward on occasion.

Develop the habit of encouraging yourself, pushing yourself forward, and receiving divine strength in all aspects of your life. One of the beauties of having the holy ghost is that he is our comforter, our encourager, and helps us renew our strength and mount up wings like eagles. When God is in your corner, you have everything you need.

1. Recognize that a healthy relationship with God will help every part of your life.
2. Read God’s promises to yourself and accept them by faith.
3. Nurture your relationship with the Holy Spirit.
