Today’s Word: EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS THROUGH OBEDIENCE (Part 3)
Today’s Bible Reference: Isaiah 1:19, AMPC—“If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.”
Obedience to God is a mark of wisdom. Wise people obey God. Take the example of a poor widow in the Bible who faced insurmountable debt and risked losing her children (2 Kings 4:1-7).
When she sought help from the man of God, she received a divine instruction. Her obedience led to her financial breakthrough—enough to pay off her debts and sustain her life. This is a powerful reminder: our obedience to God brings blessings and increase.
Is God calling you to act in a certain way? Have you been avoiding His instructions? Whether it’s fasting, sowing a sacrificial seed, or something else, obedience unlocks unprecedented growth and provision.
Obeying God positions us for His blessings, and when we do so wholeheartedly, our lives improve. Declare this to yourself: ‘It pays to obey God.’
