Topic: EXTENDING GRACE (Part 2)

Text: “For by grace you have been saved by faith. Nothing you did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the love gift from God that brought us to Christ.” – Ephesians 2:8, TPT.

As believers, we will not experience God’s best for us if we are not conscious of His grace. His grace speaks of His help, love and kindness. By His grace, we are preserved and enjoy every other good thing.

However, grace is not just what we receive from God but also what we must give to others. We have received freely from God and must also give freely to others. (2 Corinthians 8:9).

God has forgiven us; we must also be willing to forgive others. Even as we grow strong in God’s grace, we must also grow strong in giving grace to others.

Forgiving others for whatever they have done to us is one way we extend grace to them. Just as we don’t deserve God’s forgiveness, someone you know may not also deserve your forgiveness. We forgive them because we see better and farther than any unpleasant experience.

So, whenever you struggle to extend grace to others, remember you are a daily recipient of God’s grace.

Consciously reject and rebuke every lie the devil has presented as to why you must not forgive certain persons.

Lord Jesus, I thank you because I know how you have made me is not a mistake. Your grace is daily perfecting my life. I rejoice in this always in Jesus’ name.
