TOPIC: EYES THAT SEE (PART 1)

Text: “The Lord has made us with ears to hear and eyes to see with. They are both his gift to us.”- Proverbs 20:12, EASY TO READ VERSION.

In the book of Genesis, God’s word reminds us that we were made from dust, and the life of God was breathed into us. The life God breathed into man made it possible for the first man to communicate with God daily. However, after the sin in the Garden of Eden, the spirit of man became dead and cut off from his maker.

When we receive Christ, our spirits become awakened and alive to God, with access to the things of the spirit.

Our spiritual eyes are one of the channels through which we access and understand spiritual things and are helped to live the victorious life God wants us to live.

Having the ability to see into the realms of the spirit is a blessing for all God’s children, not a gift reserved for prophets or certain ministers of the gospel.

Sadly, many believers cannot see what is happening around them spiritually, even though they have received Christ. For some, they can only see at a shallow degree, which gives room to fall into the traps of the enemy. This is not God’s will for all His children.

Dear friend, refuse to walk in blindness spiritually from today; stand on God’s word and demand that your spiritual eyes be open in Jesus’ name.

When was the last time you won a soul for Christ? Speak to someone about Jesus today.

Every believer is meant to see on two levels: the natural and the supernatural.

TODAY’S DECLARATION:

From today, I declare that my spiritual eyes are open. I see spiritual things on a deeper and more precise level in Jesus’ name.
