Topic: FIRST THINGS FIRST (Part 6)

Text: “Judah, pray to me, and I will answer you. I will tell you important secrets. You have never heard these things before”. – Jeremiah 33:3, ICB.

Our God sees the end from the beginning; he knows how things will turn out for our good or otherwise. The winning secret of men like David was that he sought direction from God on how to fight each battle he fought. 

Refuse to let your previous victory over Goliath lead you to believe you know the strategy for every battle. 

It is possible to be both prayerful and arrogant; it takes humility to seek and follow God’s guidance continually.

Dear friend, it is not enough to talk to God about your plans and ask him to bless them; you must wait patiently for him to guide you and show you the best path.

The secret of champions is in direction.

Today’s Task:

Look carefully at the people you meet and associate with every day. Is there someone you can talk to about Jesus? Do so today. 

Wisdom Push:

It is not enough to spend time in God’s presence every day; you must also listen for his direction.    

Today’s Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, my today is better than my yesterday; I will end today better than it began.
