Topic: FRUITFUL RELATIONSHIPS (Part 8)

Text: “Do not be interested in your own life but be interested in the lives of others.” -Philippians 2:4, ICB.

As Christians, our standards for judging things must differ significantly from those of nonbelievers.

We must esteem spiritual value above all else and prioritize whatever helps and promotes our relationship with the Lord Jesus.

This is why we must be intentional about relationships that help advance our relationship with God. We must desire and look out for relationships that stretch us spiritually.

We need people in our lives who inspire us to be better in our prayer life, our yielding to the spirit, and so much more.

We must be careful not to prioritize anything over our spiritual well-being.

Anyone who assists us in growing in our faith is a treasure to us. This is one of the signs of a healthy relationship.

Ask the Lord to help you for your name to open doors and not close doors for those around you.

A good friend is happy when you succeed, but an evil friend is either jealous of your success or seeks ways to undermine and sabotage it.
