Topic: God Wants You Healed (Part 2)

Text: “Jesus touched her hand, and the fever left her. Then she stood up and began to serve Jesus”. -Matthew 8: 15, ICB.

Jesus went to the house of his disciple, Peter, and met Peter’s mother-in-law, who was sick and had a very high fever. He touched her hand, showing his compassion.

God’s word tells us in Hebrews 4:15 that we do not have a high priest who is not touched by our infirmities. He feels our pain and wants us well.

After Jesus touched her, she was healed and immediately stood up to serve him.

Dear friend, God wants you healed, but what will you do after you receive your healing and restoration? Will you devote yourself to kingdom service? Or will you return to a selfish life?

The state of our heart often will add speed to the manifestation of our expectations.

Let us come alive to kingdom service and kingdom responsibilities, and we will be amazed at how certain areas of our lives will come under the mighty touch of the Lord.

Write three ways you can better serve those around you.

Everything good in our lives overflows and multiplies when we use it to bless others.

Lord Jesus, open my eyes to opportunities to serve you better.
