Today’s Word: Gratitude Every Day (Part 2)

Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 103:2 – “Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”

There is one form of spiritual attack that many Christians are dealing with, and many don’t even know it’s a spiritual attack. It is the attack of forgetfulness.

Many forget the goodness of God in their lives. This is why a person can go through an entire day and an entire week and have nothing to thank God for. It is not because there were no manifestations of God’s love and grace, but because the person is forgetful.

Forgetfulness is the enemy of gratitude. When we fail to remember God’s past faithfulness, we lose sight of his goodness. Gratitude grows when we rehearse testifying. You must start rehearsing how you will testify in God’s house.

Dear friend, I am asking you to commit to yourself to be consistent in testifying of God’s goodness every week.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

Lord Jesus, help me never to forget your benefits in my life. Help me never to get tired of expressing my gratitude to you.
