Today’s Word: Gratitude In All Circumstances
Today’s Bible Reference: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 – “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
One of the greatest lessons about gratitude is that it must not be tied to specific circumstances, but to all circumstances and all seasons. Gratitude must be spiritual. When we accept this principle, it shifts our perspective from pain to purpose. We can stay aligned with whatever God is working through the seasons and issues.
Because gratitude declares trust in God’s sovereignty, we must allow it to flow even when we cannot fully understand all that’s going on in our lives.
Dear friend, thank God for His presence in the midst of whatever the issue is. Focus more on God’s presence, knowing that He will cause all things to work out for good according to His will for your life.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration:
Lord Jesus, I ask that you will strengthen me to live with gratitude regardless of my circumstances.
