Topic: HE WILL DO IT AGAIN (Part 5)

Text: “We look away from the natural realm, and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection.” – Hebrews 12:2a, TPT.

One truth God wants us never to forget is that if he came through for us in the past, he would always come through for us. If he provided before, he would provide again. Do not let a present situation make you forget your past victories. Do not let today’s pressure make you forget yesterday’s divine provision. When challenges and battles come, flaunt your past victories. Let the enemy know that your God is able to deliver and to save, no matter the circumstances.

When faced with the battle against Goliath, David said to King Saul in 1 Samuel 17:37, “The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the bear, he will rescue me from the hand of this philistine.” David had never faced anything like Goliath before, but he was confident that if God had given him victory in the past, he would do so again. This is the kind of confidence you should have. Nothing should intimidate you or make you feel overwhelmed. Even though you’ve never been in this current situation, don’t let fear take over. Your God did it before; he will do it again.
