Today’s Word: Helped by God’s Voice (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 32:8, NLT – “The Lord says, ‘I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.’”
Hearing God’s voice is one of the greatest privileges of being His child. God desires to guide us, not just through our emotions or the opinions of others, but through His Word and Spirit. He seeks an ongoing relationship where He directs every aspect of our lives. This promise and assurance is for all believers because His Spirit dwells in us.
Don’t let the enemy deceive you into thinking you’re unqualified to hear God’s voice. If you’ve accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are empowered by the Holy Spirit to discern His guidance.
Declare this by faith, “God speaks to me, God leads me; I understand and obey God’s counsel to me.”
