TOPIC: HIGH IMPACT BY WISDOM (Part 10)

Text: “But the wisdom that comes from God is like this: first, it is pure. Then it is also peaceful, gentle, and easy to please. This wisdom is always ready to help those who are troubled and to do good for others. This wisdom is always fair and honest.” – James 3:17, ICB.

As we continue our study of the effects and exploits of God’s wisdom, Solomon’s life is still a great reference to analyse. This unassuming young man received wisdom from the Lord and began to do exceptional things. While his Father, David, led his people to many battles, Solomon was a peaceful king who thrived through wisdom. David was wealthy, but his son, Solomon, was wealthier.

Solomon didn’t only manifest divine wisdom; he became a teacher of wisdom. Solomon made wisdom colourful and desirable. As a matter of fact, when you think of wisdom today, I believe one of the first few names that are likely to come to mind is Solomon. The wisdom of God made him rise to so high, and this wisdom can work for anyone who seeks it.

There were other examples of people with wisdom sighted in the Bible, like Daniel, Jacob, and others, but Solomon was different. Solomon gave us too many reasons to love wisdom. Solomon exalted, and he also simplified wisdom. Others manifested wisdom to various degrees, but Solomon did not only manifest wisdom but also ministered wisdom.

Dear friend, through God’s wisdom, you can become a voice and a positive reference in anything you are involved in. The wisdom of God does not leave people small. As you submit to it and allow it to guide you, you will begin to increase in size and results.

The Lord is asking you today to seek his wisdom, desire it, and ask him for it. You must press daily to grow in this wisdom.

You must never allow the accomplishment of an unbeliever to make you regret your decision to follow God.
