Topic: HIS GRACE IS ENOUGH FOR YOU (Part 4)

Bible text: “But by the [remarkable] grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not without effect. In fact, I worked harder than all the apostles, though it was not I, but the grace of God [His unmerited favour and blessing which was] with me.” – 1 Corinthians 15:10 AMP

At the heart of scripture is the emphasis on the grace of God. It demonstrates God’s love and favour shown to the undeserving. Consider what God said to Paul after he submitted his struggles to God, as recorded in 1 Corinthians 15. The Lord told him, “My grace is sufficient, my grace is sufficient.” Paul believed in God and began to see God’s grace at work in his life. It is common for many to doubt God’s Word and assurance; this is one way we frustrate the grace of God from working in our lives. Unbelief is something many of us go through again and again, where we find ourselves doubting what the Lord said. We find ourselves struggling to agree with God on certain issues.

Now, when you are struggling with unbelief about a particular need or expectation, consciously lean on the grace of God. It is by his grace he will make all things possible. Jesus Christ reminds us in Matthew 6 that worrying about tomorrow will not change anything about tomorrow. This is why we must consciously lean on the grace of God every day. Again, I remind you, God’s grace is all you need for every area you are weak and lacking.

2. Grace finds us beggars but leaves us debtors
3. Those who are carried by God’s grace travel light.
