TOPIC: IT IS NOT OVER (Part 2)
TEXT: “God can do everything.” – Luke 1:37, ICB.

One of the most important revelations that must be established in the hearts of every Christian is that God is the final authority on every issue. This must not be something we merely say but a belief we hold dear.

God is the final authority on every matter; God’s Word and command can override and overthrow what anyone is saying. If God has not concluded on an issue, whoever delivered a conclusion spoke too early.

In John 11, we are told of the situation of Lazarus, who had been confirmed dead by his sisters. But Jesus told them, “Lazarus is sleeping.” He was letting them understand that whatever you are saying, if it is not what God says, then it is not the truth, no matter how real it may seem to everyone else.

Dear friend, we must discipline ourselves to live from God’s reality. His reality must become our reality. We must not believe anything above what God says, and we must insist that his Word must be made manifest in our situation.

Our God is the final authority on any issue; his report is the most authentic. I am not sure what you are going through right now, but the Lord says you must not give up. God’s report is the final report.
