Topic: KEEPER OF MY SOUL (Part 6)

Text: “Give us a father’s help when we face our enemies. For trust in any man is an empty hope.” – Psalms 08:12, TPT.

No matter your capabilities, strengths, skills or talent, you will need some assistance at some point. You cannot live life without some form of help. The good news is that we have a helper who is always with you. Here is what you must do: when things are hard, talk to him.

When you seem not to have everything figured out, talk to God. When you feel overwhelmed by everything, talk to him. He wants us to talk to him about everything, including how we feel. 

Acknowledge your challenge before him and your need for his help. He will comfort you and lead you on the right path.

But here is something else that’s also important: follow his leading. When you ask for his help, he will speak and open your heart to his will and instructions. Whatever he tells you, obey. This is how you experience his help. God wants to remind you today that he is your help and the keeper of your soul.

Today’s task:

Take some time to meditate on God’s word in Isaiah 50:10.

Never hide your helplessness before the Lord.

Lord Jesus, let it be clear to everyone around me that you are helping me.
