Today’s Word: KNOWING JESUS PERSONALLY (PART 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Matthew 16:15 – “And He said to them, ‘But who do you (yourselves) say that I am?’ And Peter replied, ‘The Christ of God.”
Christianity goes beyond mere agreement with the beliefs of others. It is about a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
According to today’s bible reference, Jesus asked His disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” While many people compared Him to Elijah, John the Baptist, or other prophets, Jesus wasn’t concerned with public opinion. He sought the perspective of His closest disciples, asking them directly, “Who do you think I am?” Peter responded boldly, “You are the Son of God.”
This is the question I pose to you today: Do you truly know Jesus? Who is He to you?
Dear friend, when you embrace Him and build a personal relationship with Him, you will be able to share who Jesus is in your life confidently.
I pray that you experience divine direction all through today in Jesus’ name.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration
Lord Jesus, I ask that you open the eyes of my heart today. Help me to see you more clearly and grow closer to you, so that I may know you better.
