Text: “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” – Romans 8:14, ICB.
We are called the children of God because we are born of God. But we will only act like God’s children when his Spirit leads, guides, and transforms us.
The more we release ourselves to the Spirit of God, the more of God’s nature is revealed in us.
We must learn not to seek the Holy Spirit on our terms and for our selfish gain; we cannot seek the Holy to lead us only when we want, or in the areas we think we need his leading.
We must give room to the Holy Spirit to lead us according to the will of God our Father.
A great place to start is to submit ourselves under the leadership of the Holy Spirit every day and ask him to lead us wherever God the Father desires.

Take some time to reflect on Galatians 5:16-17.
