Today’s Word: Let God take the wheel (Part 2)

Today’s Bible Reference: Proverbs 16:9, ICB – “A person may think up plans. But the Lord decides what he will do.”

The scripture reminds us in Psalms 119:105 that God’s Word serves as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, illuminating our way in a world filled with uncertainty.

God’s Word is a powerful tool that teaches and helps us to live in alignment with His purpose.

When Jesus faced temptations in the wilderness, although He was physically weak and hungry, His reliance on the Word of God gave Him strength.

Jesus didn’t let His circumstances or emotions define Him; He knew who He was—the Son of God. 

Similarly, when we immerse ourselves in God’s Word, we gain clarity about our identity and purpose. This enables us to walk confidently in God’s will, no matter the challenges we face.

Dear friend, believing and following God’s Word gives us strength, helping us to live with clarity and alignment with God’s desire for our lives.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration

Lord Jesus, thank you because your Word is the compass that guides every step of my life. Today, I surrender my plans to you and trust in your perfect direction. Amen.
