TOPIC: LET HIM LEAD YOU (Part 2)
BIBLE TEXT: “A person may think up plans. But the Lord decides what he will do.” – Proverbs 16:9, ICB.
Psalms 119:105 reminds us that God’s Word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our path. We must appreciate that God’s Word teaches and trains us to live a God-honouring life. When Jesus was tempted to turn stones into bread, He was hungry, but His hunger did not cause Him to doubt His identity. He knew who He was because of the Word of God. He knew he was the Son of God. By understanding the Word of God, we will know who we are and stay true to it, no matter what happens or where we are. Following God’s Word is for our benefit and well-being.
