Today’s Word: Living out God’s Love (Part 4)

Today’s Bible Reference: Galatians 5:14, ICB – “The whole law is made complete in this one command: “Love your neighbour as you love yourself.”

One of the most significant tests of our Christian maturity is measured by our love walk. One worthy sign that you are growing spiritually is that your focus on self is dying gradually, and your desire to reflect Jesus to others is increasing daily, whereby you come to a point where you show love to people selflessly, forgive easily and share with others with joy.

A life of practical love is the lifestyle of someone who has indeed encountered the Lord Jesus. Many people in our churches have yet to encounter Jesus; this is why many still have explanations and justifications to accommodate hatred towards others.

The message of Christianity is a message of divine love. We must embrace this message and become living proofs of this message. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we can walk in love towards everyone. 

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, I declare that my life is a testimony to the excellent work of the Holy Spirit.
