TOPIC: MATURING IN FAITH (Part 2)

Text: “I thirst for the living God…” – Psalms 42:1, ICB.

The proof of life is growth. Every living thing grows. Growing spiritually and bearing fruit is a fundamental indicator that your walk with the Lord is alive and well. 

The Lord desires that we grow in the knowledge of Him, our submission to Him, and the riches of His grace.

As a result, he will provide us opportunities to grow and deepen our roots and experiences with Him. He will use people, challenges, crises, and other experiences to help us grow in our faith. We must discern what God provides and permits for our growth; otherwise, we will lose much.

As believers who love the Lord, we must strive for spiritual growth daily and express our desire for Him. Every day, we should confess to the Lord how much we long for him.

The Lord is pleased to see that we are not only attending church and fellowship meetings on a regular basis but that we are also growing in the knowledge of Christ and His finished work.

TODAY’S TASK:

Set a goal for spiritual growth over the next three months.

WISDOM PUSH:

Your walk with the Lord is healthy if you are growing in the knowledge of Christ and producing godly fruit.

In the name of Jesus, today, I receive fresh fire for spiritual growth.
