TOPIC: MATURING IN FAITH (Part 3)

Text: “…Eagerly seeking to strengthen and encourage one another.” – Romans 14:19, TPT.

There is something unique and beautiful about sharing our faith with others. We inspire others and establish ourselves in our spiritual experiences by sharing our Christ-centered experiences with them.

It is important to remember that as a Christian, you should be aware of the types of conversations and communication you should engage in. There is the type of conversation that we must be vested in. In 1 Thessalonians 5:11, God instructs us to edify and build one another. In Romans 14:19, it is called “mutual edification.”

As a result, it is not appropriate for believers to only discuss business, sports, fashion, and other material concerns while completely forgetting the primary conversation expected of them. 

While social interactions have their place, we must be driven by a desire to edify others. 

Edifying conversations will help us grow in our faith while also encouraging and blessing others. We must eagerly seek to strengthen one another’s faith. We must find happiness and satisfaction in this.

Spend some time praying for the spiritual growth of those in your life.
