Topic: MAXIMISING THE MOMENTS (Part 2)

Text: “Jesus said, No procrastination. No backward looks. You can’t put God’s kingdom off till tomorrow. Seize the day.” – Luke 9:62, MSG.

If you wait for the perfect time to start something, that time may never come. Many of us could have advanced further if we had been more disciplined in seizing opportunities and maximising moments.

Dear friend, most opportunities have a lifespan. Therefore, it is wise to be alert to opportunities.

The opportunity of a lifetime may appear as a regular moment; it is up to those who know how to seize the moment to capitalise on it.

Many people make plans for the future that may never come true and fail to take advantage of the present moment to their full potential.

There are strategic moments that should not be missed but maximised. There are opportunities that, if taken advantage of, will leave a lasting legacy.

This is another advantage of maintaining an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit; it allows you to discern moments.

Goliath’s confrontation with Israel’s armies was divine, though not everyone realised it was divinely orchestrated. It took a man in tune with God to recognise the moment and step in.

Dear friend, I believe God is doing something significant in your life this season. You must maintain a healthy relationship with the Holy Spirit to discern and maximise opportunities.

Just like David against Goliath, the right person is the one who knows how to seize the moment.

Today, decide that you will be more open to and responsive to opportunities. Always seize the moment.
