Topic: MAXIMISING THE MOMENTS (Part 3)

Text: “The Lord says, “I will make you wise. I will show you where to go. I will guide you and watch over you.” – Psalms 32:8, ICB.

According to God’s word in Jeremiah 33:3, we realise that God desires to communicate with us. He wants us to hear, understand, and confidently follow his voice.

Every child of God must be positioned to hear from God on a daily basis. It is not optional; it is necessary.

As you study the scriptures, you will notice that individuals who stand out are those who listen for and follow God’s voice. Moses, Joshua, David, Daniel, and others held God’s voice in high regard. No wonder they stood out in their generation.

Psalm 119:105 teaches us that God’s word serves as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. As we pay attention to his words, we hear his voice.

It is the voice of God that changes everything. The voice of God establishes us in wisdom. The voice of God causes our experiences to be positively different from others.

Every day, be intentional about hearing God’s voice; as you praise and pray, as you study and meditate on his word – expect to hear from God.

When you are intentional about God’s voice, you will hear him. Those who don’t expect to hear God’s voice will not.

Identify three areas in which you are making spiritual investments.
