Today’s Word: Mirrors of His Love (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Matthew 5:14, ICB – “You are the light that gives light to the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hidden.”
It is good to know and understand God’s love. This is a key understanding every believer must grow in daily: an understanding of the love of God.
When we encounter His love, it changes everything because His love is not something we receive and keep to ourselves – it is a transforming power that compels us to share. Just as a mirror reflects the light that shines upon it, every believer is called to reflect the love of God into the lives of others.
It is not enough to say that you love God or have experienced His love; extend God’s love to others. Let others feel God’s love through you. Become a mirror of His love to others, every day.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration:
My father, thank you for the gift of your love. Help me to be a true mirror of that love to others in Jesus’ name.
