Topic: My heart will not faint (Part 1)

Bible Text: “The Lord your God goes with you. He will fight for you against your enemies. And he will save you.” – Deuteronomy 20:4, ICB.

 

Our God is good. He always speaks a word ahead of us. According to Psalms 107:20, he sent forth his Word, and it healed and delivered. Even before a challenge or a setback comes, God speaks a word ahead. The Word of God we receive is always relevant; it is either addressing an issue you are currently going through or feeding you with strength for something that may soon happen. The overall goal is to bring you to victory. God knows what is ahead, sees what is ahead of us, and wants us to stay strong and encouraged no matter what. As we hold firmly to His Word, we come into experiences of victory, dominion, and power. The Word of God assures us of God’s commitment to us, and we must build our faith and confidence in God’s Word.

It is important to discipline yourself to hold on to God’s Word; it must become real. Don’t allow anything to become more real to you than the Word of God; this is the sure path to victory.

1. God’s Word is enforced by his integrity.
2. Commit your plans to God; he will direct your path.
3. Place your confidence in God’s support above anything else.

In the name of Jesus, I have the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God, and with it, I always win.
